Shipping times are often faster than listed

Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated delivery timeframe.

Order processing and dispatch

All orders go through verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. Orders are typically sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of being placed. Processing time: 2–6 business days.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not been delivered within 14 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment. Please contact us directly if your order exceeds this timeframe to request a refund; otherwise, we will proceed with reshipping your order.
