Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach or high heat to keep your merino soft and long-lasting. If cared for properly, your merino garments will maintain their shape, softness, and performance over time.

Our merino garments have a standard fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. Check our [Size Guide] for detailed measurements.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, or personal wear like base layers, socks, or undergarments for hygiene reasons. Worn or used garments also can’t be returned.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

• Merino socks and underwear cannot be returned if worn.

• Customers with five or more returns in six months may be flagged for review.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds incur a small return shipping fee ($5.95 for U.S. orders; international rates vary). To avoid return fees, choose store credit or an exchange instead.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mike@aspenmerino.com.

If you need a different size or color, exchanges are 100% free with no return shipping fee. Instant exchanges are available – we ship your new item before we receive the return. You can also exchange for any other Aspen Merino product if you prefer.

Instead of waiting for a refund, you can get instant store credit as soon as your return is scanned. No waiting for refunds, use the credit immediately to shop again

Make sure we receive your item(s) back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and will be charged a return & restocking fee.  Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.

Shipping is quicker than listed in most cases. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time is 2 - 6 business days.
