For our standard merino, machine wash and dry normally, or delicate for longer life. For our silk/cashmere blend products, machine wash delicate and air dry.

Our merino garments have a standard fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. Our boxers do run a bit small so we recommend sizing up.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, or personal wear like base layers, socks, or undergarments for hygiene reasons. Worn or used garments also can’t be returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds incur a small return shipping fee of $12 for U.S. orders; international rates vary. To avoid return fees, choose store credit or an exchange instead.

If you need a different size or color, exchanges are 100% free with no return shipping fee. Instant exchanges are available – we ship your new item before we receive the return. You can also exchange for any other Aspen Merino product if you prefer.

Shipping is quicker than listed in most cases. All orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time is 2 - 6 business days.

Actual shipping is charged on any international orders.
